Wine Review: This salmon pink colored Rose opens with a mild wet stone bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a pleasant mineral infused strawberry with hints of gentle tangerine. The finish is dry and pleasant. This Rose is food friendly and would pair well with quiche Lorraine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Intense pink. Bouquet: Very aromatic. Fresh with hints of woodland berries. Taste: Fresh and dry, with rich berry flavors; well-structured, with a long crisp, clean finish. Complex, dry and medium-bodied, Centine Rosé is ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish, poultry and young, mild cheeses.
