Wine Review: This simple yet enticing Rose drinks like more expensive ones but for a fraction of the price. Dehydrated strawberries and cherries are present on the palate among the finer and drying bubbles. The mid-palate has notes of orange rind and paprika that give way to a shorter and slightly drying finish. Easy drinking and great for mixed drinks like a pink grapefruit mimosa. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: A bright sparkling pink color. Pleasant and powerful on the nose with a strong presence of ripe red berries. With has a rounded, pleasant feel in the mouth.

Organic status: not organic
