Wine Review: This impressive yellow colored wine opens with a lime and quinine like bouquet with a hint of sulphur spring water. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, nicely balanced, has a round mouthfeel and is slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a very tasty Anjou pear with pleasantly infused mineral notes. There is also a touch of white pepper and lime towards the end. The finish is dry and quite refreshing with just a touch of lingering tingles from the residual acidity. I really enjoyed this white wine from Spain. I found it to be quite a quaffer and very easy to drink. I would pair it with swordfish skewers or steamed mussels Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crisp, freshly aromatic and versatile dry white wine with impressive complexity and persistence.
