Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with an aromatic peppermint hard candy bouquet with a hint of cantaloupe and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and has a nice palate presence. The flavor profile is a tasty mild honeydew melon and Bartlett pear blend with just a hint of integrated minerality. The finish is pleasant and lingers nicely. This wine would pair very nicely with turkey. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Riesling is a ripe, off-dry white with a subtle nose of orange blossom, citrus and jasmine, and flavors that define Washington State Riesling. The balanced mouthfeel is crisp and clean; it's the ideal thirst quencher for Asian cuisines, chicken and cheeses.
