Wine Review: This pitch black colored Syrah opens with a fragrant and inviting boysenberry bouquet with hints of black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black cherry cordial. I also detected a hints black plum, Hershey's special dark chocolate and black licorice in the background. The finish is dry and is minerality and flavors linger for a little while. This Syrah is a bit rustic and would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Syrah is produced in the Mediterranean style to pair with Mediterranean type foods like grilled meats and vegetables, pastas and pizza. This Syrah displays concentrated flavors of sweet blackberry, spicy black pepper and subtle hints of violet. The bright fruit flavors lead to lush tannins. This is structured yet elegant and has a full and balanced finish.
