Wine Review: This pale straw colored white blend first caught my attention at the Wine Bloggers Conference in the Finger Lakes. So I decide to formally review it. It opens with a fragrant tangerine and lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused citrus blend featuring some pineapple, lime, lemon and a hint of grapefruit and ginger towards the end. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This is a crowd pleasing white wine that would pair perfectly with a fish sandwich with tartar sauce. Enjoy - Ken (Tasted again consistent notes Aug 2016)
Winemaker Notes: Color: Pale Straw Tasting Notes: Light-bodied, dry white wine with juicy acidity and lemon, tangerine and apricot notes
