Wine Review: This was my first experience covering Breggo and I was impressed. This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a mild oak and strawberry licorice like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild old oak infused strawberry with hints of rhubarb and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and its tingly acidity and mild tannins linger for a little while. This Pinot would pair well with a seasoned pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our fifth vintage of Anderson Valley Pinot Noir has an especially compelling nose with rich layers of black cherry and pomegranate mingling with subtle notes of anise, cinnamon, and penny royal. The palate is packed with luscious blackberry, cherry, and dark plum. Sweet spice and toast linger on a finish punctuated by bright acidity. - Ryan Hodgins, Winemaker
