Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling is terrific and a great value. It opens with mild tangerine and faint peach bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, silky, smooth and slightly sweet. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild apple with a hint of ripe Bartlett pear and a touch of apricot towards the very end. The finish is pleasantly sweet and refined. This wine would pair perfectly with an assorted cheese platter to finish off a romantic evening. Enjoy - Ken
