Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Bethel Heights opens with a black cherry and mulberry bouquet with a hint of cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and savory. The flavor profile is a gentle stony minerality and pomegranate blend with notes of loam, thyme, and mulberry. I also detected hints of black pepper and oak. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors are nicely extended. This Pinot would pair nicely with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
