Wine Review: This pale yellow colored sparkler opens with a bread dough bouquet with a hint of walnut and caramel. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly effervescent, and fruity. The flavor profile is green grape and mineral infused. The panel also detected some apple and walnut influences as well. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel suggested pairing this sparkler with cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto, oysters or sushi. Enjoy - KWGTP
