Wine Review: This bright red colored Zinfandel from Bedrock opens with a fragrant black cherry and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very smooth for a Zin. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused gentle blueberry with notes of integrated black cherry and a hint of oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build up and linger for quite a while. This crowd pleasing Zin will be liked by all and would pair nicely with Kobe sliders. Enjoy - Ken
