Wine Review: This bright yellow sparkling wine with lots of tiny bubbles opens with lemon tart and bread dough bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused light lime with notes of vanilla. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a little while. I would pair this sparkler with quiche Lorraine tart appetizers.
