Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine open with a fragrant green apple bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, shows slightly crisp acidity, and even a bit of nice viscosity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with a hint of Asian pear. The finish is quite dry and rather refreshing. Fans of European wines will appreciate this wine. We suggested pairing it with steamers in drawn butter or bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow color. Fresh and fruity on the nose, with hints of lime, pear and green apple. The wine has a well structured and round body, enriched with lively acidity which endows it with overall length. Great and persistent finish.
