Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens with a leather and black raspberry bouquet. There was a slight whiff of black cherry and oak as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. It also displays a round mouthfeel and is very approachable. The flavor profile is a gentle plum and black cherry with notes of mild oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are dusty and linger for quite a while. This wine is food friendly and would be perfect with Theresa’s meatloaf. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby in color. Rich bouquet of cherries, plums, and iris. Deep cherry and leather flavors with subtle wood notes. Supple tannins, good acidity, and a lingering finish.
