Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored red blend opens with fragrant blueberry bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is smoky old oak infused black plum with a hint of black cherry and black pepper in the end. The finish is dry and its mild tingly tannins linger for quite a while. This is a very good and flavorful wine that would pair well with barbecue ribs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Troublemaker is a deeply layered blend featuring earthy and dark fruit aromas. Displaying a balance of power and elegance, flavors of tart blackberry and cherry mingle on the palate with notes of cedar and a touch of black pepper. With a round, full texture and medium body, this wine ends in a smooth, enveloping finish.
