Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling performed quite well in its mini flight. It opens with a mild petrol and unripe pineapple bouquet. On the palate, it is medium bodied, balanced, citrusy and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a very pleasant and appealing apricot and pear blend. I would pair this tasty Riesling with Lotus Blossom's General Gau's Chicken. Enjoy - Ken
