Wine Review: This pale straw colored Pinot Grigio from Attems opens with an inviting ripe pear and melon bouquet with hints of light honey. The palate is smooth, zesty, and crisp with bright acidity and balanced minerality. The flavor profile is lemon, lime, and pink grapefruit blend with notes of apricot, melon, apple and pear. The pleasant dry finish displays some spice notes before it lingers and fades away nicely. I would pair this Italian Pinot Grigio with a mint and pea orzo salad. - Joe
