Wine Review: This straw colored wine opens with a very faith bouquet. I detected hints of pilsner beer, lime and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and friendly. The flavor profile is a ripe apple with hints of pear and mild minerality. The finish remains slightly sweet and its flavors linger for a quite a while. I would pair this nice white blend with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Refreshingly juicy, Apothic White blends Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, & Riesling for a medium-bodied wine with vibrant layers of fruit. The blend opens with tropical aromas, followed by flavors of peach and apricot infused with light floral notes that lead the way to a palate-cleaning finish.
