Wine Review: This wine is a Pinot Noir without the color. It is Clear! It opens with a mild apple, strawberry and peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, nicely balanced and flavorful. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild apricot and Bosc pear blend with a hint of honeydew melon. The finish is dry and some vanilla oak notes show up at the end. This Pinot Noir Blanc is a great summer sipper. Serve with sharp cheddar cheese and stone wheat crackers. Enjoy - Ken
