Wine Review: This light pink colored Rose from Washington State opens a faint tangerine and dusty road like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a mild red cherry and gentle watermelon blend with notes of strawberry and faint hints of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a little bit. This Rose is food friendly and would pair well with many foods. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Smells like: White peach, cherry blossom, and wild strawberry Tastes like: Raineer cherry, meyer lemon, watermelon, and honeycomb Mouthfeel: Refreshing acidity, dry minerality, and lingering finish Drink with: Sharp cheeses, flaky white fish, roasted vegetables, and Thanksgiving dinner!
