Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot Noir from the Russian River opens a fragrant black raspberry bouquet with notes blueberry and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty black raspberry with notes of minerality and oak. I also detected hints of cola in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Pinot would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
