Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a lime and grapefruit like bouquet with hints of green pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused grapefruit with hints of lime and green pepper. The finish is pleasantly dry and its flavors and mild acidity lingers long after the wine is gone. This is a very nice summer option. It would be perfect with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This young wine is extremely fragrant and quite assertive in a delivery that "never strays" from its varietal identification. Scents of lemongrass brighten the white peach fruitiness that dominates and persists on the palate. Though immensely satisfying from the aromas through the very first sip, it is the finish that is so captivating; as the bright, juicy acidity and fruit flavors are in perfect harmony and seem to linger forever. It draws you back again and again for more. Truly delicious.
