Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Alpha Omega opens with a black currant and wet granite bouquet and hints of plum, cherry and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, soft, and delicate. The flavor profile is mulberry and stone dust blend with notes of licorice and currant. We also detected some hints of oak and cinnamon. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with a mushroom risotto or beef bourguignon. Enjoy - KWGTP
