Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby Zinfandel opens with a eucalyptus and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, fruit forward, and lush. The flavor profile is a ripe blackberry with notes of black pepper, oak, and a hint of black raspberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger nicely. This Zin would pair well with grilled barbecue chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: There is nothing finer, in the minds of some, than Redemption. Pour a glass of the 2007 and we are sure you will be among the converted. This is a Zin with elegance and grace. It offers hefty flavors of blackberries and cherry liqueur along with the beautiful spice that is the signature of great Dry Creek Zins.
