Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Albarino opens with a mild pilsner beer bouquet with a hint of green apple. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with a hint of gentle lime and saline. The finish is dry and pleasant. This Albarino is very food friendly and would be perfect with shellfish. I would recommend Alaskan King crab legs or broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense and elegant with tropical fruit and kiwi complementing granitic minerality. Made from free-run juice, a well structured, dry Albarino with a long finish.
