Wine Review: This was our favorite “Dry” Riesling in our recent mini tasting of this style of Riesling. This almost clear offering opens with a very mild apple and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mineral infused light lime. The finish is rather dry and refreshing. We found this Riesling to be very versatile and food friendly. It would pair well with many foods. It will particularly go well with bacon wrapped shrimp or scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Citrus blossom, quince with lively limey acidity. Bright and fresh with a long dry finish. Drink with Thai, seafood dishes.
