Wine Review: One of the truer pink sparklers I've seen, with almost no indication of orange or golden hues. The nose is powerful with plenty of Bing cherries, limestone, and vanilla. The bubbles are exceptionally fine, but due to their smaller size, the fruit salad that is the palate can show through. With flavors of wild raspberries and strawberries, hints of basil, and nuances of smoke and pink grapefruit. The finish is bright with hints of freshly picked basil and it lingers for a bit of time. This would pair nicely with grilled swordfish or pork. - Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: This bright coral colored sparkling rosé has aromas of tart cherries and strawberry rhubarb pie. Notes of green papaya and young red fruit mesh with fluffy tannins and creamy texture leading to a bright refreshing finish of mixed berries. Pair with roast turkey, salmon with cherry based chutney or fresh melon salad.
