Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot was the best entry from this emerging region. This Pinot opens with a light strawberry and red cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and not overly complex. But it is very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle raspberry and dried cranberry blend. The finish is quite dry and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. This food friendly offering is very food friendly and would pair well wit grilled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine’s velvety cherry and sandalwood mouth-feel delicately wraps its alluring tastes upon your palate.
