Wine Review: This ruby red colored Pinot opens with a mushroom and cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and shows no hard edges. Its flavors are a dusty raspberry with a hint of spice and cranberry. The finish is quite dry and its very noticeable tannins linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with smoked salmon or wood plank grilled trout. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A complex nose with aromas of cherry and wild raspberry, mixed with notes of milk chocolate and cassis, leads into a smooth, soft wine.
