Wine Review: This vibrant, dark ruby colored Pinot opens with a spicy black cherry like bouquet with a hint of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. It is very easy to drink and elegant. It displays a nice blend of light black cherry and black raspberry flavors. The finish is what transcends this wine to the next level. It is dry and its moderate tannins sail on nicely for quite some time. Our table agreed that this wine would pair quite nicely with prime rib. Enjoy – Ken
