Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot opens with a shy mint and black cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, and has a silky texture. The flavor profile was ripe red cherries and vanilla. The finish is quite dry and its moderate tannins provide a lingering aftertaste. This Pinot would be a fine accompaniment for a beef stroganoff. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Delicate, yet fruit forward, this seductive Pinot Noir exudes characteristics of strawberry, cherry and sweet spice with a finish that is complex and persistent. This classic Pinot Noir shines as the perfect complement to a pan seared duck breast, as well as simply prepared salmon dishes.
