Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot was recently recommended by our tasting panel. It opens with a spicy raspberry like bouquet with a hint of tobacco and old oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and tasty with black cherry flavors. There are notes of integrated plum and vanilla oak mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its tingly tannins linger slightly. The panel would pair this wine with braised short ribs or beef brisket. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Enticing aromas of red cherries, cedar and spice, this is an incredibly elegant Pinot Noir filled with expressive cherry fruit, white pepper and wafts of light vanilla flavors on the palate. Perfectly balanced for sipping yet spectacular with herb-crusted lamb, slow-cooked roasts, tenderloins of pork swathed in a fruit glaze, or cranberry-stuffed turkey.
