Wine Review: We recently enjoyed this pale yellow colored dessert wine with our tasting panel. This wine opens with an attractive apricot like bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, smooth, and sweet with very pleasant apricot flavors. There was also a touch of lemon as well. The finish is nicely refreshing and fades away nicely. The panel found this wine to be very easy to drink and you could definitely have a second glass. We would serve it with a platter of sliced green apples and sharp cheeses. Enjoy – KWGTP.
Winemaker Notes: Forward, sweet melon nose with fine lemony notes. The palate is a rich and broad Alsatian-style with higher residual sugar teamed with a bright acidity that holds the melon/lemon fruit in fusion.
