Wine Review: This yellow Chardonnay opens with a light lemon and tropical fruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is nicely balanced, smooth, and creamy with light lemon flavors. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. We think you find this wine to be a lot of wine for the money. Serve it with steamed mussels in a garlic broth or chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The winemaking goal for this wine was to produce an elegant, rich chardonnay that is easy to drink and would go well with a variety of foods. To accomplish this goal, the wine is only 30% malolactic and has not seen any oak treatment. It displays tropical fruit character, vanilla, and traces of ripe pear. It is a perfect wine for all occasions.
