Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a fragrant peach and pineapple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and crisp with tart lemon lime like flavors. There is also some infused minerality as well. The finish is dry and brief. The panel felt this Riesling would be a Very Good option with ham or scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Engagingly aromatic, this wine’s unique character is a union of our vineyards’ slate soils, steep slopes and mature Riesling vines (planted in 1988). Revealing hints of peach, fresh herbs and lime try this vintage with steamed lobster, grilled chicken or friend calamari with remoulade.
