Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling was the clear winner in our blind tasting of dry Rieslings. This wine opens with a light lemon tea like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, impressively balanced, off dry, and uniformly coats the mouth with lemon tea like flavors. The panel also noted some peach flavors and notes of minerality as well. The finish is very refreshing and dries out in the aftertaste. The panel would pair this wine with swordfish or ham. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aroma: Young stone fruit and subtle orange blossoms. Palate: Fresh, fruit-forward with soft peach and apricot flavors filling the palate.
