Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling finished in 4th place in our blind tasting of Dry Finger Lakes Rieslings. It opens with a light Anjou pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, has some viscosity, and is off dry with ripe Anjou pear and white peach like flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel would pair this Riesling with baked scrod. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aroma: Slatey minerality with a hint of stone fruit. Palate: Intense orange zest upfront flowing into a broad mid-palate with a juicy, lingering finish.
