Wine Review: This entry level Dry Riesling from Wiemer finished in 5th place in out recent blind tasting. This pale yellow wine opens with a shy citrus like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine displays light lime flavors with hints of lemon and notes of minerality. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel this wine would pair nicely with baked cod or steamed mussels in a white wine garlic broth. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A dry Riesling with a crisp minerality and hints of lime and delicate citrus on the nose. Nicely balanced with a touch of honeyed grapefruit on the palate with a clean finish.
