Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a light citrus and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp, slightly zesty and acidic with light lime and lemon flavors. There is also some infused minerality throughout. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel felt this wine would pair well with broiled scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This Riesling is dry and firm with complex aromas of orange peel and apricot. Lean and focused, it expresses an elegant combination of fruit and minerality that will pair well with a wide range of foods. This Reserve bottling has captured the quintessential personality of Finger Lakes Riesling.
