Wine Review: This producer is new to the game, but is off to a Very Good start. This bright ruby wine opens with an attractive spicy black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, smooth, and juicy with very tasty black cherry flavors with notes of vanilla as well. The finish is dry and its managed tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine was impressive for a first time effort. Pair it with pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Medium deep color with a brick red hue. Showing elegant cherry and sage aromas with subtle dried tobacco leaf notes that add an extra layer to the aromatic profile. Elegant and vibrant, packed with supple plum, licorice and mineral flavors. The sweet fruit expression leaves a long lasting taste impression that carries through to the finish.
