Wine Review: This pale yellow wine opens with a very aromatic and attractive grapefruit like bouquet with hints of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced, with integrated acidity and pleasant citrus flavors. There is a hint of minerality as well. The finish is dry, clean, and refreshing. This wine would pair nicely with swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Zesty, medium body with citrus, melon, and herb flavors that linger on the palate. Perfect at the sushi bar or for sipping on the porch and with fresh salads, goat cheese, and more.
