Wine Review: This wine was the winner of our mini high end Pinot Noir tasting. This dark ruby colored wine opens with a very inviting black cherry like bouquet with hints of vanilla and some earthiness. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is exceptionally balanced, smooth as silk, with delicious black cherry flavors. There are also notes of cranberry and licorice. The finish is quite dry and its tannins sail on for some time. The panel felt this wine would pair perfectly with prime rib. Enjoy – KWGTP
