Wine Review: This wine is quite impressive and finished in a dead heat for second place in our high end blind Cab tasting. This dark ruby colored wine opens with a black current like bouquet with a touch of mint. On the palate, this wine is full bodied well balanced silky, smooth, with delicious black cherry flavors and a hint of vanilla. The finish is dry and its tannins are nicely prolonged. The panel felt this wine was vice nice from start to finish and would pair perfectly with filet mignon or beef Wellington. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: VISUAL: Deep, black, burgundy. NOSE: Smokey, oak spices, intense black fruit (cassis) with a touch of liquorish/tar. PALATE: Full black fruit and a full middle with a medium tannin finish.
