Wine Review: This Zin is the wine that Zin lovers dream of!! This dark ruby wine opens with a mild cherry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, smooth, well balanced, with nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is tasty and juicy raspberry flavors. This is the style of Zin that made the Maple Vineyard so famous among Zin fans. The finish is dry and its well managed tannins sail on for quite some time. This wine would pair nicely with beef stroganoff. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep blackberry fruit and big spice plus black pepper, a touch of chocolate and cola in the oak contribution. Richly textured in mouth, good structure for aging, long black fruit finish.
