Wine Review: This ruby colored offering is a pleasant everyday Cab. It opens with a ripe plum like bouquet with a hint of coffee. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and round. The flavor profile is a mild oak infused black cherry with hints of spice and pepper. The finish is dry and its soft tannins are slightly prolonged. This is a Good pizza cab that is very easy to drink and enjoy. - Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Aromas of intense cherry, cassis and slight spice fill the nose, followed fruit-forward flavors of berry on the palate; the long finish offers silky tannins mingled with cocoa and spice notes." -Ray Einberger, Winemaker
