Wine Review: This dark ruby wine opens with a spicy black cherry like bouquet with notes of caramel and smoke. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is a touch acidic with spicy black cherry and plum like flavors with hints of black pepper. The finish is quite dry, a bit tingly and hot with a woody aftertaste. Pair this wine with barbecue ribs. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The color is deep and youthful. The nose is a mix of ripe dark fruits, cassis, sandalwood and violets. The palate is rich and mouth coating with tannins that are clearly present, yet beautifully integrated. This is a delicious, full-bodied Cabernet that will bring great pleasure over the next decade.
