Wine Review: This light yellow colored sparkler with refined bubbles from the Finger Lakes opens with a very pleasant light honeydew melon and bread dough like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is balanced, smooth, elegant, with light lemon like flavors with a hint of melon. The finish is dry, lingers and is nicely refreshing. The panel felt this sparkler is very food friendly and would pair nicely with swordfish or trout almandine. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A Pinot Noir based sparkling with a glorious expression of classic Champagne flavors of apple and citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate there is exotic maturity, nut flavors supported by a harmonious structure.
