Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored sparkler opens with a doughy and almond like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is crisp, with tart apple and lemon-lime like flavors and hints of minerality on the back palate. The finish is semi dry. The panel felt this sparkler was better suited for eating vs. sipping. They would match it with grilled chicken with thyme & lemon or Chilean sea bass. Enjoy KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: "Sparkling wine is a wonderful yet often overlooked accompaniment to food. Bright acidity and effervescence cleanses the palate, while the delicate flavors compliment a wide array of dishes. The Cuvee made primarily of Chardonnay, exhibits essentially the same fruit profile of Chardonnay table wine. Try substituting Domaine Ste. Michelle Blanc de Blancs when you would typically serve a still Chardonnay." - Rick Casqueiro, Winemaker
