Wine Review: This Chard from Oregon finished in the Top Five in our second blind tasting of Chardonnays. This light yellow wine opens with an attractive light honeydew melon bouquet. On the palate, this full bodied wine is smooth, creamy, with apple flavors with a touch of minerality and oak. The finish is pleasant, dry, tingly, and slightly extended. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with grilled swordfish or tuna. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: An elegant, medium-bodied Dijon Clone Chardonnay with ripe aromas and flavors of pear, citrus, almond, vanilla and cream. A long, developing finish.
