Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with an inviting and very fragrant pineapple and banana bouquet. On the palate, this full bodied wine is creamy, a bit acidic, with citrus flavors accented by lemon custard. The finish is dry and brief. The panel would pair this wine with rosemary chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: WINE COLOUR: Lime green in color at release with a light straw hue. WINE BOUQUET: This wine exhibits an array of Chardonnay varietal fruit; melon, lime, fig, and passion fruit. The aroma is fresh and appealing with fleshy elements of honeysuckle with traces of cinnamon and nutmeg. WINE PALATE: This wine is rich and luscious but has a light and delicate in texture. The palate displays melon, citrus, lime and passion fruit flavours. The mid palate is generous and mouth filling whilst the wine finishes with great balance.
